The Architect’s Favorite Linear System

The Liyan Series is our most versatile linear lighting collection, offering a modular “toolkit” for lighting designers. By providing four distinct profile widths and three mounting methods, Liyan allows you to maintain a consistent design language throughout an entire building, from narrow corridors to grand lobbies.

Choosing the Right Width

  • 3.5 cm (LY Series): Ultra-slim and minimalist. Perfect for creating sharp, decorative lines in ceilings or walls where the fixture should barely be seen.

  • 5.5 cm (NP Series): The industry standard balance. Ideally sized for general office lighting, offering a perfect ratio of light output to visual width.

  • 7.5 cm (NS Series): A bolder presence. Great for higher ceilings where a wider surface area helps reduce glare and spread light more effectively.

  • 9.5 cm (NE Series): A statement piece. These wide profiles deliver high lumen output (up to 4800lm) and act as significant architectural elements in large commercial spaces.

Seamless Connectivity

All Liyan models are engineered for continuous runs. Using our precision joiners, you can connect multiple segments to create infinite lines of light without visible gaps or dark spots, tailored exactly to your room dimensions.

FAQ

Question: What is the difference between the 3.5cm and 9.5cm Liyan lights?

Answer: The difference is aesthetic and functional. The 3.5cm model (LY) is minimalist and used for accent or low-glare lighting. The 9.5cm model (NE) is much wider, offering a bold look and higher light output (4800lm), suitable for main illumination in large areas.

Question: Can I order Liyan lights in custom lengths?

Answer: Yes. While we have standard modules, as a manufacturer, we can cut the Liyan profiles to your exact required length (e.g., 2.4 meters) and provide corner connectors (L-shapes) to fit your specific architectural layout.

Question: Which mounting type should I choose?

Answer:

  • Recessed: Best for plasterboard ceilings for a flush, clean look.

  • Surface: Best for concrete or solid ceilings where you can’t cut holes.

  • Suspended (Pendant): Best for open ceilings or over tables (dining/conference) to bring the light closer to the surface.
